Assembly & Home Setup

Get your home set up without losing your weekend to instructions, hardware, and half-finished projects. O2 assembles and sets up freestanding household items so they are ready to use and fit naturally into your space.

Common projects: Furniture assembly, freestanding storage, home-office setup, room setup, patio furniture, eligible exercise equipment, and movable storage solutions.

Home Organization

Turn cluttered or underused spaces into practical systems that are easier to maintain. O2 helps organize the areas you rely on every day with solutions built around how your household actually functions.


Common projects: Closets, pantries, garages, storage rooms, laundry areas, home offices, craft rooms, labeling, inventory organization, decluttering support, and donation or disposal staging.

Mounting & Window Treatment

Give your space a more finished look with carefully reviewed mounting and window-treatment services. O2 evaluates the item, surface, access, and installation conditions before scheduling so the project starts with a clear plan.


Common projects: Eligible TV mounting, compatible soundbars, curtain rods, curtains, blinds, shades, eligible tracks, and approved surface cable management.

Furniture Rehab & Refurb

Bring worn, dated, or well-loved furniture back to life. O2 works with eligible freestanding indoor and outdoor pieces to improve their appearance, refresh their finish, and extend their usefulness.


Common projects: Refinishing, cosmetic restoration, surface preparation, touch-ups, finish renewal, and other approved furniture improvement projects based on condition and scope review.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A Simple Path From Request to Service

Getting started with O2 is straightforward. Tell us what you need, we review the details, and we confirm the best next step before anything is scheduled.

STEP 1: Tell Us What You Need

Submit your request with a short description of the project and where the work will take place. Photos, measurements, or product links are helpful when available.

STEP 2: We Review the Details

O2 reviews the requested work, access, materials, estimated time, and service-area availability to make sure the project is a good fit.

STEP 3: We Clarify the Scope

If we need more information, we will follow up before scheduling. Projects that cannot be confidently reviewed remotely may require an Onsite Project Consultation, $95 for up to 60 minutes.

STEP 4: Approve and Schedule

Once the scope and pricing are clear, we confirm the details with you and schedule the service.

STRAIGHTFORWARD PROJECT PRICING

Clear Pricing Before the Work Begins

O2 uses clear baseline pricing for approved project services. Final scope, estimated time, access, product details, and any additional support needs are reviewed before scheduling.

Home Support Services

$95/hour


For approved project-based work including assembly, home setup, organization, eligible mounting, and furniture rehab.

Good to know:
One-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments when applicable.

Onsite Project Consultation

$95 up to 60 minutes


For projects that need an in-person walkthrough before pricing or scheduling can be finalized.


A consultation may include measurements, product-fit review, access evaluation, planning, and scope clarification.

Additional Project Costs

Some projects may require additional approved charges for:

Customer-provided materials or specialty items

Shopping time beyond the included allowance

Two-person or helper support

Extended planning

Multi-day project continuation

Any additional charges are reviewed with you before the related work is performed.

    If a project includes work outside O2’s scope, we will explain what we can complete, what may need to be handled by another provider, and the best next step.
