WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After You Submit Your Form
Every O2 request is reviewed before scheduling or enrollment. What happens next depends on whether you submitted a Service Request or a Home Care Membership Application.
Home Service Request
1. O2 Reviews Your Request
We review the requested work, service location, project details, photos, product information, and any applicable Home Care Membership or callback information.
2. We Confirm the Service Path
O2 determines the appropriate next step based on the request. This may include remote pricing, an onsite project consultation, a membership-related service review, a callback evaluation, or a request for additional information.
3. Pricing & Scheduling Are Confirmed
Once the scope, pricing approach, preparation needs, and availability are confirmed, O2 coordinates the appropriate service appointment.
For Home Care members: Membership benefits, available Home Support Hours, and quarterly-visit eligibility are reviewed as part of the same Service Request process.
Home Care Application
1. Application Review
O2 reviews the household, property, equipment, access, and preliminary eligibility information provided in your application.
2. Preliminary Eligibility Decision
Homes that appear to meet Home Care requirements are invited to move forward with the Initial Home Care Membership Assessment.
3. Assessment & Enrollment
After the assessment confirms final eligibility, O2 finalizes the property-specific membership details, applicable add-ons, enrollment, and activation.
Submitting a form does not automatically create an appointment, approve a membership, or confirm pricing. O2 reviews each submission first so the scope, eligibility, benefits, pricing, and next steps are clear before service or enrollment moves forward.
COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQs
What information should I include with my request?
Provide as much detail as possible about the project, including photos, product links or model information, quantities, measurements when relevant, and anything that could affect access or installation.
Does O2 provide materials?
Customers are generally responsible for project-specific products and materials. If O2 needs to purchase an approved item on your behalf, the cost and any applicable shopping time are reviewed with you first.
How far in advance should I submit my service request?
O2 recommends submitting requests at least 3 business days in advance whenever possible. More complex projects may require additional review, consultation, preparation, or scheduling time before service can be confirmed.
Can I book an appointment immediately?
No. O2 reviews each request before scheduling to confirm the scope, service eligibility, pricing approach, preparation needs, and availability.
How much do O2 Home Services cost?
Most approved Home Support Services begin at $95 per hour. Final pricing depends on the project scope, estimated time, access, product details, and any additional support required.
Do I need an onsite consultation?
Not always. Many projects can be reviewed using the information, photos, measurements, and product details submitted with your request. If O2 cannot confidently scope the project remotely, an Onsite Project Consultation is $95 for up to 60 minutes.
How do I join O2 Home Care?
Start by submitting the Home Care Membership Application. O2 reviews the application for preliminary eligibility. Qualifying homes are then invited to complete the Home Maintenance Assessment before final enrollment.
Can I cancel my O2 Home Care membership?
Yes. Membership cancellation generally requires 30 days’ written notice, and benefits and payment obligations continue through the effective cancellation date. During the initial 12-month term, O2 may reconcile the value of membership benefits already received against payments made. O2 does not charge a separate flat cancellation penalty.
What is the Home Maintenance Assessment?
It is a visual, noninvasive review of the home’s eligible equipment, quantities, condition, access, and serviceability so O2 can confirm final membership eligibility and build the property-specific maintenance plan.
What if my home has additional equipment?
Additional eligible equipment or quantities beyond the standard membership assumptions may require property-specific monthly add-ons. These are confirmed before membership activation.
How often does O2 visit Home Care members?
Home Care includes four scheduled preventive-maintenance visits per membership year, with maintenance tasks distributed across the annual schedule.
What is the difference between Home Care and Home Care Plus?
Both plans include O2’s recurring preventive-maintenance program. Home Care Plus also includes six Home Support Hours per membership year, priority scheduling, a discount on eligible additional Home Support labor, and limited rollover of unused included hours.
Can Home Care Plus members use their included hours for any service?
Home Care Plus hours can be used for eligible Home Support work that falls within O2’s approved service scope. Requests are still reviewed before scheduling, and some projects may require additional time, materials, helper support, or other charges beyond the included hours.
How do existing Home Care members request additional service?
Active members should use the Home Service Request tab above. O2 reviews the request against the member’s plan, available benefits, scope, and scheduling needs before confirming service.
Does submitting a form guarantee an appointment?
No. A form submission starts the review process. O2 confirms eligibility, scope, pricing, and availability before an appointment is scheduled.
What areas does O2 serve?
O2 is based in Waldorf and serves eligible homes throughout the surrounding Southern Maryland area. Service availability depends on location, service type, travel requirements, and scheduling capacity.
Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
No. O2 is built around planned home services and scheduled preventive maintenance rather than emergency response.
Can I request a specific appointment date or time?
Yes. You can share your preferred availability when submitting a request, but requested dates and times are not guaranteed until O2 confirms the appointment. Scheduling depends on service type, project scope, location, and current availability.
